Questions answered
Client management questions
Is this a general-purpose sales CRM?
It is focused on the client context needed to support contractor-delivered work, including contacts, locations, requirements, activity, and related assignments.
Can a client have multiple locations?
Yes. Enterprise Client Sites keeps reusable records for client locations such as offices, stores, and warehouses. Professional supports addresses on individual assignments and dispatch maps without requiring the Enterprise location register.
What does Assets mean?
Assets in Enterprise are identifiable equipment at client locations, such as an HVAC unit, network switch, or generator, linked to relevant work. Client Sites and Assets are separate features.
Can Tessa help with CRM communication?
Growth, Professional, and Enterprise include AI Writing Tools for drafting, rewriting, and improving CRM sales follow-ups, client and contractor messages, instructions, and other business content. Review and edit the suggested wording before using it. Monthly AI usage limits apply.
Can we connect Mezline to our other systems?
Professional and Enterprise include APIs and Webhooks for supported data, actions, and event notifications. Connections respect your permissions and plan features. Available endpoints, events, and setup requirements are confirmed during implementation; API access does not include a ready-made connector for every system.
