Can Tessa help import our existing contractors?
AI Admin Copilot, included from Growth, can prepare contractor imports and other administrative changes for your review and approval. Each new contractor record still requires available contractor capacity in your subscription. Monthly AI usage limits apply.
What happens when a contractor engagement ends?
Deactivate the contractor to preserve their original record internally in read-only form and make that capacity in your subscription available for someone else. Inactive contractors have no Portal access or new operational activity. Another contractor receives a separate record; reactivation uses the original record and requires available contractor capacity. Under an annual commitment, purchased contractor capacity remains paid through renewal even when unused.
Can we import new prospects as Inactive?
No. Inactive is reserved for contractors who were previously Active in your subscription. Mezline does not provide a free prospect database or an onboarding tier outside your paid subscription.
